MY PROTEIN PACKED PANCAKES

Ingredients:

* 1 banana

* 1 large or 2 small eggs

* 1 serve protein powder (I use plant based Tropeaka Vanilla Lean Protein powder)

* 1 Tablespoon freshly ground flaxseed

Method:

* Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender (can mash or mix by hand but won't be as smooth).

* Heat some coconut oil in a low-medium pan and cook for 1-2 minutes each side.

* Top with your favourite fruits or yoghurt.

* Eat them all and don't share with anyone ;)
