SWEET POTATO TOAST
Method:
* Slice sweet potato length-ways into very thin 'toast-like' slices.
* Either toast in the toaster (takes a few rounds before cooked) or place on oven tray for 10 minutes in moderate oven, flipping half way.
* Add toppings of choice!!
My favourite topping are:
* Nut butter with banana and cinnamon
* Avocado, eggs and dukkah
* Tomato, red onion and basil
